Why I have failed the launch of 3 Tech Products?
Thanks to Lean Start-up, experimentation based on hypotheses is a way to reduce uncertainty when launching a new product. A lot of literature or tools (such as ChatGPT) assist in conducting cost-effective experiments.
But how do you determine which hypothesis is the riskiest? How do you know which assumption is worth testing?
There is little theory or testimony available, and that's one of the reasons why I missed the launch of three BtoB Tech products.
In his talk, Hugues will share with you:
his misconceptions about these three products
the insights he gained from them: for example, he focuses on what is his main knowledge gap to get closer to the reality
the actionable advice he gives to the Product & Tech teams he coaches
By the end of this talk, you'll take a more critical look at the product you're developing or maintaining, and you'll be better equipped to iterate on the risky assumptions of your product.
