Web Audio API: Was Javascript designed to build a modular synth
60 years ago Robert Moog invented the modular synthesizer that revolutionized electronic music. When in 2011 the W3C proposed a native web API to support audio, they took their inspiration from the modular synthesizer. We will look at the principles of the modular synthesizer and see how to implement them in a web browser
